2. Enroll with a Client
- Background Check: A one-time fee of $30 is required for a background check, valid for three years, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for all our agents and clients.
- Certification Deposit: A $20 deposit is required for certification training, which is fully refunded upon successful completion. This investment in your professional development is crucial for aligning your skills with our clients’ needs.
3. Launch Your Home Office
- Start Earning: Once certified, you're ready to take calls and begin earning right from your home. This flexible work arrangement allows you to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.
4. Earnings and Fees
- Independent Contractor Status: As a 1099 independent contractor, your earnings are not subject to automatic tax deductions. This model gives you the freedom to manage your finances as you see fit.
- Service Fee: A service fee of $49.75 is deducted from your earnings each pay period (on the 1st and 15th of each month) to cover platform maintenance and access to continuous support and opportunities.
